Glow Beauty Bar is owned and operated by Roz, a licensed esthetician with 13 years of experience in the industry. She is passionate about people, skincare, and beauty. In 2007, Roz became a certified permanent cosmetics technician by Beaufacia Enhancements.

She then became certified in Semi-Permanent Lash Extensions by Minky's. Later she added several other specialties, becoming Airbrush Tanning, Brow Extensions, and EndyMed Pro 3Deep® skin tightening. Roz is also a PCASkin Certified esthetician offering a range of facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments. In addition to her beauty specialties, Roz is also certified in First Aid, CPR, and bloodborne pathogens.

This additional training creates an environment that is safe and comfortable. An understanding of facial morphology, color theory, color correction, and feature enhancement allows her to bring out the best in all her clients. She believes that educating her clients empowers her clients.
